For attractive lips, speak words of kindness,
For lovely eyes, look for the good in everyone,
For a slim figure, share your food with someone who needs it more,
For beautiful hair, let a child run their fingers through it every day,
For elegant poise, walk with the knowledge you will never walk alone,

GOVAN FOLK

THE FOLLOWING GOVANITES HAVE SADLY PASSED AWAY.

Our sympathy and prayers are offered.

When shadows fall across your life
And no-one seems to care
Remember, shadows only fall
When there is light somewhere
And so, behind life's clouded sky
A sunbeam casts its ray
And the darkness of your grief and pain
Like clouds, will pass away

Families of stillborn babies and young children who died before school age will be remembered at a special annual service in Glasgow.
Relatives of up to 100 children will take part in the poignant service at a special remembrance garden at Govan's Craigton Crematorium.
The Southern General Hospital's chaplain Rev Janet McMahon will lead the service.

*Here our precious babies lie
sung to sleep by lullabies

When I Come to the end of the road,
And the sun has set for me,
I want no rites in a gloom filled room,
Why cry for a soul set free?

Miss Me A Little - But Not Too Long,
And not with your head bowed low,
Remember the love that we once shared,
Miss Me - But Let Me Go.

For this is a journey that we must all take,
And each must go alone,
It's all a part of the Master's plan,
A step on the road to home.

So when you are lonely and sick of heart,
Go to the friends we know,
And bury your sorrow in doing good deeds,
So Miss Me - But...Let Me Go.
